Ryan Soskin

Co-Founder and CEO

Ryan is a 14 year logistics and freight tech veteran. He got his start at Coyote Logistics as a foundational member of the refrigerated carrier sales team. Following Coyote's acquisition by UPS, Ryan joined Convoy as employee #15, standing up the Supply organization before launching and leading the contract pricing function. Prior to founding GoodShip, he led Stord's expansion into middle mile transportation as Head of Freight as the company scaled from Series A to Series D.

David Tsai

Co-Founder and CTO

A senior software developer and startup leader with over 20 years of experience, David Tsai got his start in tech with Amazon building and scaling its ordering system before serving as Co-Founder and CEO of gaming studio Zhurosoft, whose titles garnered over 10 million players and 1 billion user sessions. Prior to founding GoodShip, David was an early engineer at Convoy, leading the marketplace engineering team to develop their core automated freight matching platform.

Nick Boston

VP of Sales

Nick Boston is the VP of Sales at GoodShip. Prior to GoodShip, Nick spent 6 years at Convoy building the Enterprise Sales function and had the opportunity to work with dozens of the largest shippers in the US. Prior to Convoy, Nick worked at Oracle helping take their new Cloud applications to market, focused on Enterprise customers in the Pacific Northwest.
